Yoga in the modern era: A path to physical, mental, and spiritual balance

In today's dynamic world, yoga has emerged as a vital tool for achieving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga an ancient Indian practice offers a unique approach to achieving physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Given the unprecedented level of stress, anxiety and disconnection from the inner self that humanity is facing, the relevance of Yoga-India’s timeless gift to the world. Yoga Philosophy is a significant system within Indian Philosophy. Yoga is a branch of religious and spiritual traditions which are derived from the ancient Indian practice of Hinduism. Patanjali’s ‘Yoga-Sutra’ is considered as the first compilation of Yoga Philosophy. By incorporating yoga into our daily lives, we can develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. This article explores the significance of yoga in modern times, its benefits, and its relevance in promoting overall health and vitality.
